Winter Wellness Series

Yoga, Pilates, Dance Classes and More!

Stay active and connected this winter with the Winter Wellness Series at Gallivan Center – a free, weekly community wellness series designed to help you beat the winter blues, move your body, and find community.

Join us every Monday night February through April for rotating wellness classes led by various local studios. Classes are meant to be beginner friendly and open to all ages! Ages 16+ recommended.

What to Bring:
Yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.

Location:
Classes are held in Gallivan Hall, located on the North side of the Gallivan Center Plaza.

Parking Options:

  • One Utah Center Parking Garage – located directly below the plaza
  • City Creek Parking – one block away, free for the first 2 hours

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
