Tournament Highlights:
– Round Robin Format: Test your skills in a round robin, where every match counts!
– Top teams in each group battle for gold and silver.
– Second-place teams face off for bronze.
– Third-place teams compete for 5th and 6th places.
– Prizes: Championship medals and prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division!
Cost: Only $15 per person per event—great value for a day of competitive pickleball
Event Schedule
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled start time
– Men’s Doubles 3.5: 9:00 AM
– Women’s Doubles 3.5: 10:30 AM
– Men’s Doubles 3.0: 12:00 PM
– Women’s Doubles 3.0: 1:30 PM
(Note: Start times are approximate and may vary)
Match Format
– USAPA rules apply
– Each match: 1 game to 11 points, win by 2
– To keep things moving, a 13-minute time cap may be enforced
Important Details
– Tournament will be run on Swish – Players need to download Swish app.
– Franklin X-40 pickleballs will be used
– Playing surface: Outdoor hard concrete
– Parking information: Everyone is encouraged to take Trax & get off at the Gallivan stop. Otherwise, park at one of the parking garages near the Gallivan Center at 60 E. 200 S.
– Refund Policy: If the tournament is canceled the day of the event due to bad weather or the like, players may receive a refund. If players cancel before the tournament, no refunds after September 30, 2024.
