SUMMARY:AMPlify Youth Music Festival
DESCRIPTION:The AMPlify Youth Music Festival is a celebration of young artistry\, musicianship\, and creative expression.\nOn September 19\, youth bands from across the state will take the stage at the Gallivan Center for a full day of live performances featuring primarily original music. Each band will perform a 30-minute set showcasing their sound\, style\, and creativity. \nThis festival is about more than just a concert. It’s about:\n\nGiving young musicians a professional performance opportunity\nCelebrating young original music and creativity\nConnecting youth artists with a supportive community audience\nBuilding an annual tradition that highlights the incredible talent of young people\n\nThroughout the day\, attendees can enjoy live music\, food trucks\, local vendors\, and a vibrant festival atmosphere in the heart of downtown. \nBest of all\, the event is free and open to the public.\n\nCALL FOR BANDS!\nAre you or someone you know in a band and ready to share your music on stage? \nWe’re looking for 10–15 youth bands to perform at the 2026 AMPlify Youth Music Festival. \nSelected bands will perform a 30-minute set at the festival and will be part of a lineup celebrating the creativity and originality of young musicians. \nEligibility Requirements: \n\nAll band members must be ages 12–19\nBands must have 3 or more members.\n30-min sets must be made up of mostly original music (1–2 covers allowed)\nBands must be available to perform on September 19\, 2026\n\nHow to Apply? \n\nApply HERE: Application Form\nApplying is completely free\nBands will be notified after the selection process.\nSelected bands will be paid for their performance (payment amount depends on festival fundraising)\n\nAPPLICATION DEADLINE: July 30th \n  \nVENDOR APPLICATIONS OPEN!\nAre you a young entrepreneur? Apply for a FREE Youth Entrepreneur Booth at the 2026 AMPlify Youth Music Festival at the Gallivan Center!\nAMPlify is a full-day celebration of the creativity\, talent\, and original voices of young musicians\, and we’re excited to showcase young entrepreneurs alongside them. \nAPPLY HERE: Application form!\n  \nYouth Entrepreneur Qualifications & Details: \n\nApplicants must be 17 years old or younger.\nThe youth entrepreneur must be the primary creator\, seller\, and recipient of all profits. Parents or guardians may assist but cannot be the primary sellers.\nVendors 14 years old or younger must have a parent or guardian present throughout the event.\nFamily businesses are not eligible for a Youth Entrepreneur booth.\nThere is no fee to participate.\nApplications will be reviewed throughout August\, and selected vendors will be notified by August 31.\nSelected vendors will be given for set up at the event: one 10′ x 10′ canopy\, one 3′ x 6′ table\, two chairs\, and access to one 20-amp power outlet\nVendors are responsible for bringing any additional equipment they may need.\n\n  \nLearn more here:\nhttps://www.amp-utah.org/amplify
